Every homeowner who reaches Appearperhaps Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Appearperhaps Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.
Email contact@appearperhaps.garden and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened, and what outcome you would like
First, we confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
